I say No Dude…

I’ve watched American Idol pretty religiously since it first debuted here in the US four seasons ago. It’s just a reality show where singers compete each week and are voted on to see who continues on to the next week. I think they have a version in many countries around the world, so I’m sure most of you are familiar with the concept.

Anyway, what happens is after the people sing, they are critiqued by a panel of three judges. They are either praised, or ripped apart, or in the earlier rounds, dismissed from the competiton completely.

Well we’ve been watching this with my two and four year old daughters every week. And just the other day, while watching it with my wife, my youngest looked at the TV after a singer finished and said:

“I say no dude!”

She’s now the fourth judge 🙂
