EFF Call to Action – Stop the Broadcast Flag

If you are interested in protecting your right to time shift programs on your TV with things like TiVo, or burn them to DVD, then you need to answer the EFF Call to Action. Basically there is some concern that a senator will try to sneak in the Broadcast Flag provision on a massive spending bill that is coming up within the next 48 hours. You need to contact your senators and let them know that we as constituents do not want the Broadcast Flag, especially tacked on to a bill with no public debate.
