Two killer BOFs at the same time
Okay, this is a bad scheduling conflict. On Wednesday, from 5:45 to 6:45 PM there are two BOF’s (Birds of a Feather sessions) that I really don’t want to choose between…
BOF301 – The Lotus Blogging Community with Ed Brill
BOF304 – OpenNTF – An open source community with Vince Schuurman
Dear lord, don’t they know that a good majority of people contributing to OpenNTF are also bloggers? Ack. Worst. Scheduling. Conflict. Ever!

I’m with you there John, couldn’t believe it when I saw that both of those were going to be at the same time.

ok, I caught this last week when it was too late to do anything about it. I agree this is a big conflict and I am sorry.
I may yet find some way to make some magic happen here.
The conflict is worse for me personally as I am on the recently-chosen OpenNTF advisory board, and also running the blogger BoF.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty unusual to have both at the same time given your commitments Ed.
I do have to say, I do appreciate it not being at 7AM though.
It’s hard to stay up until…er, I mean get up for, a 7AM BOF

Yup, these are the two most interesting BOF’s for me as well, but look at the bright side:
The BOF’s won’t overflow as much as usual

Dude, welcome to my world. I’ve got conflicts all over the place. Julian and Rob’s ‘Reports’ session conflicts with the Advanced UI session. The ‘Worst Practices’ session is being held twice on Wednesday and I see a conflict with other sessions I want to see for both. There’s 4 Jumpstarts at 10:30 I want to attend. It’s going to be tough. I saw this one when Ben’s database was updated recently.

Arg, that definitely sucks. For most of us, we pledge allegiance to BOTH groups and they are really important to us.
I got stuck with the 7AM BoF this year… I hope the room’s not empty!
