Ed Brill's – The Boss Loves Microsoft Session

I’m sitting in Ed’s session right now, and it’s his typical great FUD-busting. Once cool thing was that he gave a set of boxing gloves to Paul Mooney for his work in analyzing “Red Bull” from Microsoft and showing how pathetic it truly is. He also decided to forgo his “water analogy” this year, and specifically said it was so Mr. Roling couldn’t comment.

He also hit on much of the FUD that MS is throwing out there, espcially the Notes is Dead meme. In fact, Ed said that their competitive team has a new attitude:

Brilliant. It really does feel like IBM is pulling off the gloves. Gonna concentrate on the session now…
